I’m a therapist, mom, and someone who knows that life can look perfectly fine on the outside while feeling really heavy underneath.

I work with people who are used to being the strong one—the ones who show up, hold it all together, and somehow still feel overwhelmed, stuck, or running on empty.

In our work, you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. You get to show up as you are—messy, thoughtful, sarcastic, overwhelmed… all of it is welcome.
